GPU Frame Rate
Observe the framerate
This panel lets you observe and analyse the framerate.
You can access it in the
Component Selector
.
Or you can simply double-click on the
FPS Meter
or right-click on it and select Pop Frame Time:
A good frame rate should look like this:
Here is an example of a bad frame rate:
If you observe peaks on this curve, it can be due to two kinds of issues:

Incorrect system settings: check the topic Issues with video Playback

A project too heavy for your hardware: try some optimizations.
Reduce resolution or particle count, video quality or layer numbers…
