Smode 10.2 is out!

Unreal Control tool

Release 10.2 allows to chose the Unreal scene and control its exposed parameters directly from SMODE’s interface. This feature is available in all editions of Smode Compose and Smode Live.

DX12 Output

SMODE 10.2 is now by default using the DirectX12 graphics API to handle the GPU graphics outputs and genlock / multi server sync, as a replacement for OpenGL.

This technological advancement does not require any changes from users and allows them to benefit from the latest developments in GPU drivers.

Transcode Option

Video transcode window now introduce multiple long-awaited options:

  • Precise control over input and output points

  • resolution changes

  • Frame rate reinterpretation
