What to do when the links between SMODE and Companion are broken

Smode COMPOSE limitations

If you are using Smode COMPOSE, the api communication is automatically stopped the moment you are ON AIR.

Get content/devices test

If you don’t see the new scene and/or devices automatically appears in Companion, try to make a test to force the update thanks the “Get Content” and “Get Devices” presets.

Network connection

Ensure that Companion is targetting the correct ip adress.
