If your ndi is not received on another computer

First test with the NDI test pattern application and the NDI monitor from the NDI toolkit to see if it works

if it does not work the NDI support team can try to help you ?

here some hints on what you can do:

  • verify that every Network card on every server has the same IP address range and subnet mask.
Not only does this mean that the subnet masks need to match, but so do the first 3 octets of the IP addresses. For example, a device with an IP of 192.168.1.2 can see 192.168.1.3 but it won’t be able to see 192.168.10.4.

    - set all the Network card Location to Private

if your network is unidentified, you can set it to private in the Local Security Policy

  • disable the IPV6 on all servers

  • verify the IP aliases

  • Check that the Windows Firewall on the server is set to off (if it isn’t : turn it off. If it works when it’s off : ndi is not allowed)

  • select the preferred NIC in the NDI access manager on all servers
