Disable editing capabilities in the user interface to prevent accidental changes

Lock the entire user interface to prevent accidental changes during a show:

This disables editing in the Element Tree and Media Directories .

Password

The first time you enable the lock, you can choose to set a password to secure the lock.

To manage the lock password, go to Preferences > Application > Smode Global Lock options.

If you forget your password, you’ll need to perform a Hard Reset Smode Configurations (only the application config is necessary) or manually edit the application configuration file to remove the encrypted password.
