2D Placement - Placement defined by Position, Scale, Rotation and Flip parameters
This is the default 2D Placement of a 2D Layer , defined by its position, scale, rotation, orientation, and flip options.

You can connect the position and orientation of a 2D Layer to another one. You still can play with the position and orientation parameters which will offset the connected layer.
Scaling does not function with the ‘Link to’ option if the linked layer uses the ‘Scale factor’ scaling mode.The linked layer must be within the same hierarchy as its source and utilize the ‘Stretch to fit’ mode from the dropdown menu of the scale parameters.
Variables:
- Anchor: Where the anchor is inside the source image
- Position: Position of the anchor inside the target image
- Scale: Scale factor
- Rotation: Rotation in degrees
- Horizontal Flip: Option to flip horizontally
- Vertical Flip: Option to flip vertically
- Link To: Link the position and rotation to a brother layer
